Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure should be by 11:00 AM. If you check out before 8:00 AM, please settle your bill the evening before.

There is a large public car park directly next to the hotel (parking disc required during the week between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Further free parking spaces (no parking disc required) can be found in the side streets around our hotel. For long-term parking, our small private car park is located 100m from the hotel.

Our hotel is located at the entrance to the small town of St. Vith – in close proximity to many small shops, the Tourist Info, the Vennbahn, and the Stoneman route. Numerous hikes and bike tours start right outside our door.

Our hotel has 34 rooms, including 6 superior and family rooms, as well as 4 rooms in our annex “Residenz Major Long” (on the opposite side of the street).
Our Superior Rooms feature either a separate living area, a terrace, or a balcony. Further information about our rooms and their amenities can be found here.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have an elevator. We are happy to assist you with your luggage.

Our extensive breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, we will gladly prepare a packed lunch for you. Please order this when making your reservation or by the evening before at the latest.

Our air-conditioned à la Carte restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
You can find our current menu here. We also have a children’s menu for our younger guests. Especially on weekends and during high season, we recommend making a table reservation in advance.

Our air-conditioned brasserie is open daily from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (reduced selection from 2:00 PM). In summer, we also serve the brasserie menu with delicious seasonal dishes on our sun terrace.

Our bar is open daily until 10:00 PM (Saturdays until 11:00 PM). Here we serve cold and hot drinks, a large selection of Belgian specialty beers, and our homemade apple pie.

Our wellness area with relaxation room is open for you from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and the swimming pool with whirlpool from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Use is included in the price.
A wellness basket with a sauna towel and bathrobe is available in your room. Sauna slippers can be obtained at reception, but we recommend bringing your own for environmental reasons.
Wearing swimwear is mandatory in the swimming pool. For hygienic reasons, the sauna should only be used without swimwear and with a towel as a base.
We are pleased that we can almost completely avoid chlorine in water treatment. The swimming pool is cleaned using a special copper system. The water temperature is 29°C.
Children aged 16 and over may use the textile-free sauna area.

We have various rooms and family rooms equipped with a sofa bed for 1-2 children. We are happy to provide baby cots and high chairs free of charge. Children up to 15 years old (in their parents’ room) receive a discount on all packages.

Whether with friends, family, or acquaintances, you are always welcome as a group.

Our hotel is certified with the “Bed&Bike” and “Velo Welcome” labels and is located directly on the multi-award-winning Vennbahn / Ravel route and the internationally renowned Stoneman.
2 garages, with washing facilities and repair tools, are at your disposal.
From April to September, we also offer e-bike rental.

Would you like flowers, chocolates, or a bottle of sparkling wine in your room? Simply let us know before your arrival. We are also happy to create wellness, restaurant, or overnight stay vouchers for you.

Our building is equipped with a modern fire alarm system. All entrances and the reception area are video-monitored.

We offer free internet access throughout the hotel.

The entire hotel is a non-smoking area.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the hotel rooms.

We accept Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa.
The nearest bank (KBC) is located at Rathausplatz (200m). An ATM is directly next to the hotel.
Tourist tax: €1 per person per night

Cancellation of 1-2 rooms:
Up to 3 days before arrival: free of charge
Between 3 and 0 days before arrival, the first night will be charged
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged

Cancellation of 3 or more rooms:
Full cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
For full cancellation between 30 and 0 days before arrival: the first night will be charged if we are unable to re-sell the rooms.
For partial cancellations of fewer than 3 rooms, standard conditions apply

For larger group reservations, reservations for multiple nights, and bookings for public holidays, special cancellation conditions may apply, which we will inform you of at the time of booking.

In case of early departure, the night of departure will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Our bar is already closed, and you’d like to go out late? We recommend our colleagues “Café Rastkeller” (Hauptstr. 40 – 200m) or “Lounge – Bar – Café The Big Easy” (Teichgasse 10 – 400m).
